General Disclaimer

  • All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Slight variations in color, pattern, or fabric may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric availability.

  • Once a custom design or size is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

  • All efforts are made to maintain consistency in quality, but minor differences are natural in handmade items.

Custom Orders

  • Production Time: Custom orders require 10–14 business days to be made.

  • Sizing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting the correct size. We provide a detailed size chart, and we are not responsible for sizing issues if the customer has seen the chart and ordered accordingly.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Extra fabric

    • Urgent orders

    • Design modifications

Shipping Policy

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 3–4 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Dispatched after production (10–14 business days).

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹1500 (within India).

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience, but due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited.

Eligible for Return/Exchange (Only Ready-to-Ship Items):

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for any claims.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Orders with incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

  • Items returned without an unboxing video.

  • Damaged items due to customer handling, washing, or alteration.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To be eligible for any damage claim, return, or exchange, the following conditions apply:

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video must be recorded starting before opening the package.

  • The video should clearly show the issue (damage/defect) and full view of the product.

  • Claims without a valid video will not be accepted.

Sizing Disclaimer

Please check our size chart thoroughly before placing your order. If you order based on the chart provided, the responsibility for fit lies with you.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues on custom orders.

Cancellation Policy

  • Custom Orders: Cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Can be canceled within 24 hours, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • For ready-to-ship products with valid, proven damage (via unboxing video).

  • For orders that could not be fulfilled or delivered due to issues on our end.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. No additional fees will be charged.

Returning Goods

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is approved.

  • If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
